Order Processing
All orders are processed within one to two business days after payment confirmation, excluding weekends and public holidays. Once your order has been processed and dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details where available.

Shipping Destinations
DAXX currently ships within Australia. At this time, international shipping is not available unless otherwise stated. We reserve the right to update available shipping destinations as our operations expand.

Standard delivery timeframes within Australia typically range from two to five business days, depending on your location and the carrier selected. Shipping Costs

Tracking and Delivery
Where tracking is available, customers will receive tracking information once the order has been dispatched. It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure that delivery details provided at checkout are accurate and complete. DAXX is not responsible for orders delayed or lost due to incorrect or incomplete address information.
If a delivery attempt is unsuccessful, the carrier may leave instructions for re-delivery or collection. Any additional fees incurred due to failed delivery attempts may be the responsibility of the customer.
